Step inside Portland’s most iconic bookstore—after dark! Powell’s is closing its doors at 5PM to conjure up something spooktacular: a Halloween celebration filled with stories, spirits (the spooky and sippable kind), and literary mischief around every corner.
From 6–9PM, the shelves come alive with:
Ghoulishly good entertainment
Sinisterly sweet treats
A costume contest to die for (prizes await the best-dressed!)
And… eerie surprises lurking between the aisles
This is an 18+ only event—because some tales are too chilling for the little ones.
